This was Nina's 1 year pic at Picture People. The colors in her outfit are perfect for scrapping.

I used a Mister Huey's chevron template that you can barely see on the right. The flower is a piece of painted chipboard with a Michaels flower over that, and a brad. The journaling card was stamped, and then drawn over, with a stamp marker. I doodled the dots on the journaling card, so I guess that kinda counts for the VLB?
