Using a Napkin

I had 2 ply Christmas napkins left from a couple of years ago and decided to experiment. I used parchment paper, saran wrap card stock and a very Hot iron. Cut out images of flowers adhered them to card stock then fussy cut them out used a small bell for center of flower and used glue pen and glitter to make it pop and pop dots to make it really pop!. Had a Blast.
