Anniversary Card

I made this today for my brother and his wife. I cut the frame from Fancy Frames. If you ever get the urge to use this cut, make sure your patience are at their best! LOL. It was really tedious to get off the cricut mat. I cut the inner circle from Lacy Labels. Funny story - I originally stamped the word 'love' in the center. went to open the card and I stamped it upside down :) So, I covered it with the bg paper. Oh my! I may put crystals in the flower centers before I send it. Nope, I put off white brads in the flower centers. I also sparklized (my dd's word) all the dark blue with glitter glue b/c I got glue on it and needed to cover it.
