"Say Cheese " everytime we say This word on the camera . I find myself in peace like in a yoga class( Never tried yoga at all ) but I know yoga stands for peace and harmony . Saying cheese Is a one way to peace My mind .Last year I learned a lot of my past and saying cheese is like " making a smile " and I learned that smiling is one way to make calm and happy ..
