I was so busy scrapping this month that I forgot to post them. Melinda graciously allowed us some time for our families this month, so no specific reveal date.
This is a family photo taken in 1995. Patrick had just graduated and headed to college down south, and Jennifer was getting ready to graduate and head to the Art Institute in Seattle. I wanted to be sure and get a family photo taken before we were scattered. Thankfully, that never happened, my little chicks are still close by.
I couldn't resist using the Anna Griffin snowflake dies and I learned that less is more. I had all kinds of different snowflakes added (as I collect them) and it was soooo busy looking, that I took it down to the bare bones. I also used her embossing folders on the dark grey strip, but alas, you can't see it! The lo is inspired by one that was posted on Pinterest, however the artist was not credited. Thank you to whomever you are for giving me such inspiration.
I live in Alaska for lots of reasons, but one of them is I love the quite, clean serenity that a new snowfall brings. I do, however, hate driving in it!!!!
The very best to you my friends and hope that you are doing well so far in this new year!
