Dearest friends!!! Well, Spring has sprung in Alaska. It's another gorgeous day! But, the legends say that a beautiful Spring means a cold, wet summer. I hope not!!

SOE's May kit is truly unbelievable!!! The colors are soft, dreamy, beachy, ocean fabulous!! I can't seem to get away from my scrap room, I'm in heaven working with it. You really should check it out!

This lo is a photo of my DH and DGS #1, Chase sitting on a lava bed in Kona, Hawaii. There was a little tide pool, that made its way to a wonderful snorkeling area. Would you believe that a sea turtle came swimming up to the little guy? It was truly magical. So, of course, I had to include a little turtle!

I've really been focusing on layering...it is such a challenge for me, that I am determined to perfect it. I think it is so wonderful on a lo and love how you gals do it on yours. I am also a high contrast gal, so I had to throw in some warmth of the sun with the orangy mat. I hope you enjoy looking at it as much as I had creating it!!!!
