use your stamps--the rain drops are stamped.
mixed media--the background was made with paint brayered on. Then I added stenciling for the clouds and the starburst. I stenciled the starburst with modeling paste, and colored with distress ink.

The photo of the clouds was taken from my house during the thunderstorm.
