I originally did this lo for a scraplift challenge and wasn't happy.
This lo was very hands on. The bazzill was inked all over to produce the color of the solid CS. I gave it hues of Distress Shabby Shutter, Peeled paint, milled lavender, and tattered rose. I added a handcut note that says Alli's First Easter 2002. Rearrange the flowers and added a few more. One flower was white and I added a few stamps for a cool effect along with flourishes around and under the flowers. TFL
