Hi! This is my first ever 8.5x11 layout and I have to admit it was realllly difficult for me to do. I am not thrilled with how it came out..to me it just looks odd..I couldn't seem to put patterned paper on it..so I just cut the bugs out of the pp and pop dotted them for dimension..
I was hesitant to upload this but since it is my first lo in this size i thought I would to see what you all think..
Journaling is my daughters words when asked what she did on the chair.. I think it is pretty clear:)
Let me explain why I had to do this lo..
Abi's school has an auction every year and each grade does an auction project per say and for 1st grade they have a bugs theme and paint bugs on an adirondeck chair..and each students mom has to complete a scrapbook page of the process and it will be placed in an album to go to the winner of the chair..
Putting 3 pictures on this was extremely challenging but I had to for the rules of the scrapbook page set by the parent coordinators..
1)Abi holding a paper drawing of her 3 bugs she would freehand paint on the chair.
