Its actually an all occasions card but I made it for a friend's birthday so thats why its a birthday card. :) I love stars and I think shiny stars can make a card looked livelier. I just layered 2 sets of blue and yellow papers and cut out the shape of moon and stars. For the stars I just use art knife. And a transparency paper for the card cover.
