Simple LO about my grade school. There is a photo and more journaling hidden under the one pic.
Journaling:
Being back in the old neighborhood I see how a lot has changed
and how so much is still the same. My old elementary school hasn't
changed much. The doors and the window trim are pretty much the
only changes on the outside. I haven't been inside much but what
I have seen looks the same. They even have some of the same
teachers and staff- the secretary Debbie, Sister Claire, Mrs. Leso
(my 5th grade teacher), and the crossing guard Mrs. Castle.
When I go there to pick up my nieces, I can think back to the days
when the bell would ring and I would walk out of there. It is
kind of like watching a movie- you quickly see a person then
you see the next generation years later, same setting, same
routine. I wonder what kind of story will be told years from now.
How many more generations will be going to this school?
