Side fold black card and split the front into strips and glued white behind. I than stamped with my 3 tier stamp using the solid one for the white and the outline with black ink. I added a small headline added dots with left over ceramic paint and the handle end of a detail brush. Added Wink of Stella to body of rose, not lines. Blank inside for now till I decide occasion. Idea not original. Saw card done in black with hand painted flower and stripes done in white pen. Fell in love with it so this is my version!
