That is great! I took a class at Archiver's to make Christmas cards and I made a similar one for this Christmas. I plan to do it again next Christmas, but I think I'm going to use actual wrapping paper this time.
thank you! but I have to admit it wasn't original...I saw something similar in a scrapping newsletter and put my own twist on it...that is what is so great about sharing ideas...you get many inspirations, but can make them your own. :)
This is an example of the Christmas cards I made for 2005. I kept it simple because I had to make 80 of them! I even made my own envelopes from a template. What was I thinking??!!
I used white cardstock, the '05 Christmas Stack papers, a circle punch, pop dots and rubber stamps I have had for years. The inside of the cards were hand stamped as well. I used a gel pen to draw the lines and little loops.
