I was so happy to know that he won!!! There was an article about a butler that worked in the White House and he was looking forward for him and his wife of 65 years to go and cast their vote for President Obama. But the day of the election she passed away. He worked in the White House to see 8 presidents. Was there when President Kennedy was killed and decided to work instead of taking the day off the day of his funeral. All this is just an inspiration. But we know a change is coming, but we need to keep President Obama and his family in our prayers. We know that there are still some out there mad that he will be our next President. We need to stick together and help make a change!!!
What a great idea to document this momentous change that happened the year your baby was born. My son was born two months ago, I'll have to think about doing a page of my own! Very well done, too!
That was an awesome moment for all humanity... change like that can only happen in a democratic environment... I really feel this kind of event can only bring good things... what a treasured page and history to give your child.. :)
Awesome! So historical and they won't know how valuable Wed front pages are until it is way too late to buy them. So I bought each of my kids a paper from Wed despite who they would have voted for if they were old enough. Great Job on the LO and the idea!
I felt the need to scrap this monumental event for my unborn child!
