We ate in the tiny town of Askov, MN during their Rhutabaga festival. YES, you read that right. They used to be the big area shipper of rhutabagas before the days of frozen food. Anyway, these Danish meatballs well fab, the rye dinner roll for delicious, and the potato/rutabaga and onion dish was WONDERFUL. Let not even talk about the cabbage, I tried, I really tried, the fly that landed on it didn't even like it.
