Beautiful layout! I lost my brother in lraq on Oct. 4, 2006. Please thank your husband for my family and I am glad he returned home safe to you and your daughter. God bless!!!
Great LO! I know you're counting the minutes until he returns home! I've been there! My son is in the Army, served 1 year in Iraq from March of 04 to March of 05 and he will be returning for his second tour in October! Give him lots of love! And give him my many thanks for his service! God bless your family!
WOW, very nice!! That bottom right corner does seem to want something huh? I agree with Christy up there, something coppery, or maybe a picture of his pocket patch? I love seeing the cool AF ones. :)
Looks good .. might add an embellie of some sort to the bottom right corner in the empty space .. maybe something metal to match the copper hinges that you used on the picture/hidden journaling .. or maybe something copper brads
this is a lo that i did of my dh. i think something is missing, but i just don't know what. i cropped one pic and used the extras for the arows, used tim holtz distressing ink (tea i think), sandpaper around the pp, MM paint, some hinges.
journalling under large pic read: James, You truely are my hero. you hve left so much behind to help our country out, help people you don't even know, and to give our daughter a better life. and for that i am truely greatful to be your wife and for you to be the father of my daughter. it's hard on me with you being gone, but i know its harder for you, knowing that our daughter has learned so much and you not being here to see it. but you have never left our hearts, our thoughts and our prayers. i am proud to be your wife. i love you. -Lacey
