This is another LO for a private challenge: we were to create a LO where 50% of the LO was to be a journaling block. This is my second take on the challenge. After completing my first attempt I realized that my journal block wasn't really 50% of my LO!
Journaling reads: It was the 19th of August when we met for the very first time...and it was love at first sight! For me at least! You were so tiny and dainty, weighing only 3lbs 12 oz. And what a surprise it was to us all the day you were born, especially to your Mommy and Daddy, because you weren't supposed to be with us for another 2 months or so! I will forever CHERISH the times spent at the hospital and the day your were only a few days old and your Mommy said "Auntiekarley, do you want to hold your niece Portia?" I was both nervous and excited and it became the first of many! I CHERISH the many nights spent at your house when you finally came home. Mommy would get up and feed you, then she'd let me burp you and change your diaper. I know it was these times that helped us to form the bond we have now. I promise to always CHERISH these memories and the closeness we will share together forever. I love you more than you'll ever know and will CHERISH you forever. xx"
