Not long after you two were born, Mommy's Uncle Jim and Aunt Lisa sent you these UT outfits as a joke since both Mommy and Daddy went to their rival school, Texas A&M. Since so many of our family members went to UT, Mommy thought it would be fun to take your picture in the outfits and send it out to everyone. After I had taken a few pictures, Jake accidently scratched Grace and she started crying. She scared Jake and he joined in too. Mommy took one last picture (the one shown here) and put the camera down to comfort you both. When it came time to send out the pictures, Mommy sent out an email titled, "What happens when you try to turn Aggie babies into Longhorns?" and attached this picture. Everyone thought it was hilarious. Uncle Jim responded that only he new the truth. You weren't really crying because you were in the outfits; you were crying because we were trying to take them off. I followed up later that day with an email containing one of the "happy" UT pics, so that people wouldn't think I was a mean mommy. We still laugh and joke about this months later!
