I have been waiting for the perfect time to scrapbook this photo of my son from last winter – his cute little face makes my heart melt!
I wanted to have lots and lots of ‘snowflakes' falling at the top of the page, but without distracting too much from the photo. So I made the whole top section of the page into a shaker pouch, by laying a 12" x 6½” piece of vellum (Elle's Studio Noel) at the top of a piece of patterned paper (Crate Paper Flea Market – Curio), and machine stitching around three sides. Then I tipped lots of white and greeny-blue sequins, plus an ephemera snowflake, into the pouch, and machine stitched the fourth edge.
