My relationship, such as it was, with my uncle was rather uneven. We shared interests, but he loved to tease and when I was small, I didn't understand this. So while we were never close, as I got older I did admire things about him.
The layout includes details that are things I will remember him by: his wood-working, his love of photography, and both he and my dad (shown in the photo on the right) were farmers. My uncle seems to have been far more religious than my own father and I wanted to honor that as well.
