I dipped the bottom of the tag into the melting pot with UTEE in it, then I pressed a Texture Tread into it. After it cooled, I rubbed different colors of Inka Gold onto the UTEE, let it dry, then buffed.
I painted the tag with a wash of Inka Gold (love this stuff!) and water, let it dry and buffed. I used even more Inka Gold on the zipper and the word charm (buffing the charm, not the zipper...ha!).
I embossed the metal disk, then colored it, the chain and the spinner with alcohol inks.
