I got the idea for this recently when I saw something similar at a craft show. The picture mat has photo corners for a 4X6 photo so the user can change the photo at will. The 2 pockets are 4X4 and there are 3 black binder clips along the bottom to hold pics, receipts, notes....whatever..... Made of canvas board, the total dimensions are 12X16.
