This is a card that I made with the Ribbon Club Assortment at Really Reasonable Ribbon. Check out my blog at justthescrap.com for details on how to win the ribbons.

The wreath is made of a circle backing and I just tied lots of bows and placed them around it. It is only attached at the top so it can do double duty as an ornament.
