This was the very first time that Hailey ever went fishing. Vinny and I have went fishing every chance we had since we have gotten together. So the fact that our daughter is following in our footprints makes us very happy. It was a beautiful day and we decided to make a trip to Lapeer where we know this little hidden fishing spot that no one ever goes. We bought Hailey her own Barbie fishing pole to use. And it all paid off when Hailey reeled in at least 15 fish of her own, including bluegill, catfish and rock bass. I guess you can say she is a natural. We had a great time and can't wait to go again and again with our little fishergirl by our side.
