For this I used an image from an old used card I had in my stash. I have a drawer full of old cards. A long time ago while experimenting, I cut out several frames with my Cricut machine and the Stretch Your Imagination cartridge. I had no ideas for the frames at the time so I put them away for 'some day'. This blue frame is one of them. I added some black dots with Enamel Accents. I rounded the corners of the card base.
