Entered into Februarys Use Your Stamps Challenge and the Die Cutters Challenge. The oval tag and the shamrock were cut out with my Cricut machine. The oval tag has a dark layer under it that can be seen mostly on the top half. I stamped and powder embossed 'Happy St. Patricks Day' then I applied some green ink. Yup, I made the envelope.
