Entered into Aprils Card Sketch Challenge for sketch #2 and its also entered into the Use Your Stamps Challenge. I hand punched the circles and hand cut the banners. I stamped and powder embossed 'HELLO'. I added some store bought flowers of which the blue centers were replace with black jewels. I made the envelope.
