Entered into Augusts Card Sketch Challenge for sketch #1. For the chevron strips I used Washi tape. I cut out 'smile' with my Cricut machine, applied it to a piece of vellum. I added some Glossy accents to it for shine and added some drops of red Stickles to hide glue spots on the vellum. Yup, I made the envelope.
