Entered into the Sept. Card Sketch Challenge for the BONUS SKETCH, the Scrap With Your Scraps Challenge and the Use Your Stamps Challenge. I punched glitter paper for the circles. I hand cut the banner, stamped and embossed 'HAPPY NEW YEAR' and used a silver metalic marker on the edge and applied 3D foam under it. Then I added bling and made the envelope.
