Entered into Septs Card Inspiration Challenge for the LIFT and for the Use Your Stamps Challenge and also for the Scrap With Your Scraps Challenge. I used a doily and added enamel dots and gems. Added some store bought flowers and tiny bows. I hand punched the double labels and stamped 'Happy Birthday' I used 3D foam under them. I made the envelope.
