I had a rock painting session with the senior residents today next door to us...where I recently retired from. Didnt take any pics of the group or their rocks...no camera. These are mine. I have no talent with painting but I do have fun playing! Some of the residents are concerned about their lack of talent but they see what I do...hopefully then they dont feel so inept at it. I tell them it doesnt matter if they mess up, its only a stupid rock and they can just throw it back outside! Or I tell them to try another one, rocks are free! I refuse to buy them...some stores sell them. I suppose some places have very few rocks but we have em everywhere in Wyo. Thanks for your comments, votes and friendly messages :o)Ro

Id like to encourage you all to spend time with the elderly. Some of them are so lonely and bored. Rock painting is so easy and not an expensive hobby. Just a few brushes and a few paints and theyre nothing too pricey. I also use a sealer and its not too expensive either :o)
