Entered into Julys Card Inspiration Challenge for PRODUCT-Patterned Papers. I cut the black ring and the tiny scalloped circle with my Cricut machine. I die cut 'hi' with my Cuttlebug machine and added a rhinestone to the 'i'. The white bow is one from Hobby Lobby.
