The quote actually is NOT a decal. I wish...would have been MUCH easier. I cut it out of black wrapping paper and then used my adhesive runner to put adhesive on the back and stuck it on the wall. I have a VERY limited budget so sometimes I have to improvise. LOL I LOVE my room!
