This is the second page of a two page layout from my son's half birthday party. You'll note from the backgrounds in the pictures that a half birthday party in June has much better weather than an outside party during Christmas...

The inspiration for the tracks drawn on the title letters comes from the work of Ed Emberly. The little pink slips of paper cover identifying names. The first page didn't make it up because there are front shots of other people's kids. I did this layout for the Texas relatives, who could not attend the party. It's kind of hard to tell from just half, but the pictures are the rails of a train track, and the brown journaling spots are the railroad ties.

The Thomas paper is from a packet of Thomas scrapbooking stuff I picked up at Wally World. I really don't recommend it - the punch out motifs are unusable as they have too many little white chads left over when you separate the pieces.
