I chose "fussy-cutting" as my favorite technique for this week's SSS Wednesday Challenge. This also works for The Daily Marker's 30 Day Coloring Challenge. The image is a digi-stamp, colored with Prismacolor pencils. The ribbon, bow and tiny tag were cut and colored twice and popped up with foam for some dimension.
