I made this card for the Simon Says Stamp Work it Wednesday Challenge. The theme was "refreshment". I just think these little treats with smiley faces are so cute!
The images were colored with Prismacolor pencils and blended with OMS. I inked the edges, and added a bit of Wink of Stella for some shine. They're adhered with foam adhesive. All of the "enamel" dots are actually melted Perler Beads. (More details on my blog: http://bashfulcat.com.)
