I made this card for the Simon Says Stamp Wednesday Challenge, called We're Going Dotty. (Spots are dots, right?) The puppy was colored with Prismacolor pencils and blended with odorless mineral spirits. I fussy-cut his head and attached it with some foam to give him some dimension. A few die-cuts, some Enamel Accents, and a bit of Liquid Pearls finish it off. (More details at http://bashfulcat.com)
