I used a huge die cut ampersand to make a bold impact smack in the middle of my page. The bold color grounds all of the other elements surrounding it, incuding the title. I like how it adds a bit of whimsy and a focal point to the page. At the top of the page I repeated circles by weaving the garland through the file folders and tabs and adding a huge pebble by Glitz. The circle shape is repeated again in another pebble in the center of the ampersand adding a splash of aqua to the center of the page. TFL!
