I've always hoped that my son would love to read just as much as I do. He's just learning to read, but has definitely caught on that books = a good story and he likes that. I based the layout on the die cut alphabet stencil paper. I love how easy it was to customize with my palette of bright colors just by placing a different pattern behind each letter. The rest of the layout came bit by bit, using layers of different patterns and colors. The woodgrain patterned paper was covered in a ledger sticker for texture and theme. The wood letters bearing his initials personalize the page and add more texture. Every single bit was chosen to reinforce the theme of books + reading. TFL!
