When I noticed a bad smell in the house, I called DH at work. It turned out that the bathroom sink pipe had been leaking into the kitchen ceiling. After $4200, the pipe had been fixed, toilet moved and a new tub installed. The rest was up to us. Good thing we wanted to remodel anyway, huh??
