NO glitter of any kind is allowed on Cards for the Troops! This is now my 5th year to make the cards for service men and women who will be away from home and their families for the holidays. At first, it was a challenge to come up with a design that didn't include glitter of any type on cards. But I have realized that it is possible to create simple but elegant greeting cards using only the basic of supplies.
