I couldn't make a card for all my dog lover friends without doing some for my Cat Lover friends too! I made this card using Stampin' Up's "Cat's Meow" stamp set, cat punch and even a small confession here but the dog punch to get the hearts. I did use small amounts of Laquer Accents on the hearts to give them a transparent look.
