Wasn't sure if this was going to be a birthday card or thinking of you. Will add sentiment inside when ready to send.

I used gelato for the background and then watercolor for splats. pps & die-cut saying - Graphic 45, ribbon and heart button from stash (were a RAK long time ago). Inside I fussy cut one of the flowers and popped it up.
