The N and the tag was made using coluzzle, and is attached with pop-dots to give it dimension. The gross grain ribbon says "It's a Girl", and is outlined with Fruit Punch Stickles. The flower is felt with a jewel in the middle. The white fiber is attached to the tag through an eyelet. I used popdots on the photo mat where the tag goes in for ease of insertion and removal. The photo corners were made using a punch, they are not attached at the front so a 2.75 X 4.75 photo can be inserted and removed.
