The Salvation Army Women's Auxillary of Chattanooga does parties for the Seniors at a some of the Senior Living Apartments. This is layout #1 of a Valentine's party.
I used the Silhouette to cut out a stencil using the Hearts Overlay from the Silhouette Design Store, then colored the 3D Gloss Gell with Worn Lipstick Distress ink .
