Super simple card to make. I die cut the frame and centered it over the red paper, then placed the stamp where it looked best in the middle. I set the frame aside while I stamped and heat embossed the sentiment. I then glued the white frame onto the red paper and then onto the card. I added a few crystals for some sparkle and a small white satin bow.
