The balloon, tiny bow and string are thinlits from Stampin up Balloon Popups. I used gold mirror paper for the focal points and added some sequins. I think the sentiment die is from PTI. I hand dyed the ribbon with dye ink that matched the printed paper. I think it is pretty close in color.
