I began this card by cutting 3 lattice design die cuts with Spellbinders Grateful lattice and layered them together with the middle one upside down to create this pattern. I colored a piece of Strathmore Bristol paper with distress oxide inks and placed it behind the lattice so the colors would peek through the pattern. I die cut a white frame using Spellbinders Venise Lace Hemstitch Rectangles and adhered that to the front of the lattice. For the sentiment I die cut Spellbinders large scallops die and stamped a Penny Black sentiment with the same distress oxide inks as the background. I stamped and die cut a few flowers and leaves to embellish the sentiment area and added glittery jewels for more interest. I made sure all the layers were well glued down and dry and then adhered it to a white card base.
