To create this card I used Stampin up's Bubble Over Stamp set and dies. I used this card as inspiration: http://lindsayamrhein.blogspot.com/2015/10/ric-93.html
The set was a lot easier to use than I thought. I kept thinking about all those little pieces and me being all thumbs. It was actually quite easy to use.
The card base is Bristol paper on which I sponged just a little blue ink. The little die cut bottles and embellishments are sponged with distress ink and distress oxide inks and a layer of Wink of Stella. The bottle in the middle is adhered with foam tape so there is a little dimension. I also added some glossy accents to the caps. I stamped a bunch of bubbles at the top right, added a few sequins to match the bottles and a few Nuvo crystal drops.
