I used Honey Bee’s Scallop Square.die set to create the card base. I cut a square to fit on the card between the stitched border and stenciled it with Newtons Nook Confetti Stencil. The balloons are from a stamp and die set from Sizzix Lori Whitlock, Happy Birthday to You . I colored the balloons with Copic markers and added clear Tonic Nuvo Drops to a couple of them. The tiny stars are from a Stampin up stamp and die set. I created a rosette and added a circle with a heat embossed sentiment.
